We provide an email on our website due to the custom nature of printing products and other services. Therefore, you can inform us about any issue via the email that is provided on our website. And we will be responding to the email about the problem you are facing within 3 business days. So, we cannot issue a refund to you if you find any problem with the product after its delivery. However, we can reprint your order if we find it defective in any way. Furthermore, the determination of defects to the product is at the discretion of our management.
You must submit digital photos that show the product defect and return them to receive a reprint of your original order. In addition, you need to provide the full quantity of the original order to our website within 5 business days. Otherwise, you will not be able to get the reprint of your original order after this specific period. And the charges that are related to the expedited orders process are non-refundable.
Payment, Order Placement, and Cancellations
All the prices that we provide on our website will be in U.S. Dollars (USD). And the prices for all the orders will also be in U.S. Dollars currency. Furthermore, we don’t start working on your orders for printing works until r. Therefore, the user needs to pay the full amount of the order while ordering their product for printing service. So, we will begin to do printing jobs on the order when the user pays the full amount of the order. This payment of the order includes all charges, taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
We need the users of our website to approve the proof of the electronic file of the printing products as a part of order placement. This will make it easy to make trust between our website and the users. Therefore, this makes our users more comfortable while ordering their printing products. Furthermore, no charges are allowed to the network files when the print job has been approved by the user. The user has a specific time of 4 hours to cancel the order after approval of the proof. This will carry a charge of 60 dollars of the total order amount if you cancel the order after a specific time. In addition, the user may also cancel orders after approving the job for printing work within the limit of 12 hours. This kind of cancellation will carry a charge of 15% of the total amount of the order.
